Environmental Impact

Group Programs, Tailored Programs, Corporate Programs, Special Events, and Ecotherapy Sessions with The Quiet Catch are designed to minimise environmental impact. By sticking to designated roads and paths, we explore Bribie Island’s hidden gems responsibly, leaving the environment as we found it.

If you’re already planning to drive around the island using your own vehicle (a very common occurrence on Bribie!), group tours offer a guided, hands-on way to experience Bribie without adding extra travel or environmental strain. Every stop is carefully chosen to balance discovery and fun with respect for the natural surroundings.

We encourage friends, families, and private groups to carpool, which makes our programs more affordable per head and a fun shared experience. Each ecotherapy program through The Quiet Catch can host groups of up to 16 people, whatever the vehicle mix. We encourage carpooling to reduce fuel use and carbon emissions.

To ensure insurance compliance, Elissa is unable to transport guests in her own vehicle.
