How It Works & Helpful Info
Whether you’re planning a group ecotherapy program or private ecotherapy session, or simply learning more about Bribie Island, you’ll find everything you need here.
The Quiet Catch offers creative, immersive, and thoughtfully guided ecotherapy experiences that help people discover the natural wonders, culture, stories, and hidden gems of Bribie Island. Guided by Elissa Jenkins — ecotherapy guide, performing artist, and social scientist — every experience is designed to be engaging, welcoming, and memorable.
Elissa also creates self-guided ecotherapy activities designed to be used anywhere in the world, to help you slow down, open your senses and create a deeper connection with the natural environment. You can combine physical ecotherapy activity cards (The Quiet Catch Cards!) with downloadable audio (The Quiet Catch Audio Guides!) featuring sensory activities, mindfulness moments and nature-based meditations to guide your attention through the landscape around you.
You can also book a private in-person ecotherapy session.
